Newport City Nights

This is like most nights I have here. But tonight I suppose I was a bit sentimental. Memories and all, coming back to me. All that and the view of the place I frequent in. From the serenity of my favorite tea place to the lively decorations and festivities all around.

This Spot. This table has been particularly special to me. In it I held some not too recent memories that, let's just say, was among the happiest times I had. I was strolling around the place waiting for my dad and the next thing I knew I was back at this memorable place. This table, with its sublime view of the teas and pastries they have in their collection, and a view a also allows me an intimate view of whoever I'm fortunate to be with.

Hello guys and gals! Quick updates on the site, I've recently incorporated my Instagram feeds to the website. You can find them at the top of the homepage bottom. It should look something like this:

This is made possible by SnapWidget. I recommend folks to do the same if you've not done it already. The code is customizable if you don't like scrolling banners. This is viewable for desktop users. I'm not sure for mobile users though.

An Evening At The Town Center

This is the fourth of my Alabang series. I first got lost in Filinvest and had lunch there. After lunch I regained by bearings and went to my errand. After my errand was done I found Alabang Town Center and marveled at the rather artsy sculptures. After that I took an afternoon stroll and admired the unique architecture and I had an awesome mozzarella dinner. The sun is now setting...

After I had that meal I stepped out yet again...When was the last time you admired the sky?

Orange Clouds. It starts to get crowded as sunset approaches. Lots of folks doing the shopping after work. I glanced overhead and saw the sun sinking to the west. The clouds glow a fiery orange that gets more vibrant as the moments pass by before it gets dark.

Afternoon At The Town Center

How time flies... It's already been more than a month since I've been there. I've posted earlier the Stallions as a separate entry because I found them to be unique and I had more than enough pictures of them to make a separate entry. I haven't seen any mall with such decorations. At least not yet. But they're not the only ones I took a picture of. It was a lovely afternoon after all and there were lots to see. At least for me.

Stairs Towards Interesting Things. It was around mid afternoon at the time. It wasn't too bright nor the light was any dramatic. These unassuming stairs don't look like much but it's after going through them that I found some fun things. Horse sculptures, among others.

Steel Stallions Of Alabang Town Center

Horses made of wire, roaming around the place. I watched them all afternoon to my heart's desire.

Playing In The Shrubs. These steel sculptures almost look alive when shot in monochrome.

Fiddling Around Filinvest City

I got lost here... And didn't even know it. This wasn't the mall I was looking for. But I'm still glad I ended up here anyway.

Purple Frames. I'm not sure what this was about but the sculpture there at the center was certainly eye catching. It's both simple and artsy. I like it.

Cold Stone Creamery - Timber

I somehow ended up in Alabang Town Center. I stumbled upon these folks. Needless to say, I had fun taking this video. They're kind of cute here. Pictures on my jaunt here coming soon. Ice cream anyone?

Quiet Coffee Nights

Not every night is a restful night for someone used to staying up late at night. When it's my night off and I'm having a bout of insomnia, I tend to go out. And so here I wander again. Here are a few shots I have from some nights I've been out.

Hello again, fellow wanderers! How have you been? As usual, a week isn't complete without me going to some random place. Life isn't meant to be lived in one place, after all. I think it's a decent compromise to at least go places on a weekend if you can't roam the planet... yet. Here's a glimpse of the places I've been to recently...
